Client-centric. Associate-focused. Set your goal, do the math, choose your strategies, and build intentional growth with your manager.
This is your personal roadmap for the year — where you set your income goal, do the math on the activity it takes to reach it, and commit to the specific strategies you'll run. It's built around our client-centric, associate-focused model, and it's the foundation for your monthly and quarterly coaching with your manager.
A guided annual plan — your goal, your numbers, your strategies, and your commitments, all in one place.
Associates who write down and measure a plan consistently outproduce those who don't. It turns your goals into a weekly system and keeps you accountable all year.
You'll know exactly what to do each week, see your path to higher splits and income, and stay on track with your printable Goal Card and Monthly Scorecard.
Complete your details and the 12-month plan period. Signatures are added at review with your manager.
Name a neighborhood, area, property type, and/or market segment where you'll build the strongest presence of any realtor. You may still list and sell elsewhere — but you'll concentrate your marketing here to maximize impact.
Set your earnings goal and pick your tier. The calculator applies our real commission structure — Emerging 50/50, Producer 70/30, and the Annual Bonus 80/20 for the balance of the year once you pass $99,900 — then subtracts the franchise fee and E&O and works backward to the activity you need. The company deductions are fixed; adjust your own numbers to see the plan update instantly.
Ongoing skills enhancement — predictive to getting appointments. To build a strong presence in and around my target market, I commit to manage and measure my daily/weekly actions predictive to lead generation.
Manage the "whats" — the strategies you commit to daily/weekly. Measure the "how much" with the 5/5/4: each day, have conversations with 5 people you know (your SOI), 5 people you don't (leads from the strategies below), and 4 follow-ups. When you provide value to people you know, you earn the right to ask who else you can help — that's referral-building.
Check the sources of business you'll use to generate leads and appointments this year:
Are you a part of the Zillow Preferred Team?
Do you sell or lease commercial / investment property?
A growth-focused plan includes a professional development review. Select any NAR designations you'll pursue this year, then partner with your BHHS JBR manager on what's right for this stage of your career — and how to market it while adding value to your sphere.
Monthly, I will review the progress of my High-Performance Goal and Business Plan with my manager, along with market performance and client surveys, and we will collaborate on the data to track my professional skills and personal goals.
One click submits your plan — it's automatically sent to your selected manager, with Ken copied. Nothing else to do.
